Nick Matthew has had a go at the Volleying Challenge

Use Your Squash Skills to Stand Up to Cancer

With cancer claiming around eight million lives a year worldwide, it is a disease which effects many people – and now you can do your bit to fight it by taking part in #TheVolleyingChallenge.

All you have to do is post a one-minute volleying video on your social media page, nominate three others and join celebrities and sports starts alike by signing the petition to get immunotherapy for all.

Immunotherapy is a type of cancer treatment designed to boost the body's natural defences to fight the cancer and and you can also donate to help build the UK's first cancer centre devoted to immunology.

England No.1 and three-time World Champion Nick Matthew has joined tennis star Nick Kyrgios in taking part in the challenge, as has compatriot Laura Massaro, who will be the new Women’s World No.1 next month.

You can watch both videos by heading to the PSA World Tour Facebook page

For more information on the challenge, visit The Volleying Challenge Facebook Page where you can find even more videos.
