ReBound Makes An Impact In Zimbabwe

ReBound, the PSA’s initiative to channel used squash gear to squash community programmes around the world, is delighted to report that the children in Zimbabwe have received their first shipment following the first ever ReBound drive, held during the 2015 Delaware Investments U.S. Open.

Hundreds of squash items were generously donated in aid of ReBound during the week-long event held at Philadelphia’s Drexel University and thanks to our partners at NUSEA and the generosity of private donors, the equipment, clothing and accessorises are already making a difference to the lives of underprivileged children and adults in the African country.

“ReBound’s aim is to help disadvantaged people around the world get active through the sport of squash by making equipment and shoes accessible to all,” said PSA CSR Manager Adriana Olaya.

“We’re delighted to see that our first drive has already made a huge impact in Zimbabwe and we look forward to working with everyone involved in squash around the world to help keep enrich the lives of others through Squash.”
