Duncalf Withdraws From Macau Open

#PSAWorldTour

Former World No.2 Jenny Duncalf has pulled out of the upcoming Macau Open, PSA W50 tournament after suffering an injury during last month’s Cathay Pacific Sun Hung Kai Financial Hong Kong Open.

Duncalf, who bowed out at the first round stage of last year’s tournament, will be replaced as the number three seed by Malaysia’s Delia Arnold, while England’s Emily Whitlock moves to the bottom half of the draw and will now face a qualifier.

Elsewhere, Line Hansen moves to the number eight seeded position and will line up against United States player Olivia Blatchford. Duncalf’s withdrawal also sees Hong Kong’s Liu Tsz-Ling advance to the main draw, where she will take on Australia’s Donna Urquhart.
