Bristol-based ElShorbagy brothers Mohamed and Marwan will come up against each other for the sixth time on the PSA World Tour when they meet later today (October 12th) in the quarter-final stage of the 2016 Delaware Investments U.S. Open in Philadelphia.
The pair live and train together in Bristol and have faced off against each other five times before in competitive tournaments, with World No.1 Mohamed, who is two years Marwan’s senior, coming out on top every time.
The duo’s last meeting was at the Taeq SquashColombia PSA Open in February, which saw 25-year-old Mohamed triumph 3-1 in the semi-finals before going on to win the tournament – his fifth title of a dominant season which saw him win eight tournaments in total.
