The prestigious Orascom Development PSA Women’s World Championship will be staged in El Gouna between April 7-14 alongside the Men’s El Gouna International Squash Open – and both tournaments will be shown LIVE on SQUASHTV and Eurosport Player.

Reigning World Champion Nour El Sherbini returns to defend her crown, while the woman she beat in last year’s final, British Open champion Laura Massaro, will also be aiming to lift the coveted title for a second time.

Frenchman Gregory Gaultier – a runner up at last year’s El Gouna International – heads into the Men’s tournament as the oldest ever World No.1, but will face stiff competition from the likes of defending champion Mohamed ElShorbagy – whom Gaultier overtook at the summit of the World Rankings – and Karim Abdel Gawad, the Men’s World Champion who is plotting his own assault on Gaultier’s World No.1 berth.
