China Squash Open: Day One Preview

The 2019/20 PSA World Tour season gets under way today as the J.P. Morgan China Squash Open begins in Shanghai and you can follow the live scoring from the tournament here.

The PSA World Tour Gold tournament will see some of the best players in the world, including both World No.1s – Ali Farag and Raneem El Welily, head to China as they battle it out for the first honours of the new season.

Round one will see the likes of Egypt’s World Junior Champions Mostafa Asal and Hania El Hammamy take to the court, while the likes of former World No.1 Rachael Grinham and Egypt’s Mazen Hesham are also in action at the SECA Academy Jinqiao.

The top eight seeds in both the men’s and women’s draws receive a bye into the second round, which will start tomorrow (Thursday September 5).
