Here's the Order of Play
(All times are local – GMT+2)

El Sherbini and El Hammamy will go head-to-head in the battle for the PSA Platinum title, with World No.4 El Sherbini searching for her third major title of the season, while El Hammamy is targeting the first in her career after reaching her maiden major PSA final.

Former World No.1 El Sherbini has been in formidable form this past month, battling through illness last week to win the Windy City. Open title and only dropping one game so far this week in Cairo.

Meanwhile, El Hammamy has taken out three higher seeded opponents to reach the final. The 19-year-old overcame France's World No.3 Camille Serme in the last 16, before defeating USA's World No.8 Amanda Sobhy and England's World No.7 Perry in the quarter and semi-finals, respectively.

The current World Junior Champion will have another mountain to climb when it comes to the final, however, as she looks to upset the seedings once more to beat four-time World Champion El Sherbini

Nour El Sherbini v Hania El Hammamy

The two Egyptians have faced each other three times previously in their careers, with El Sherbini winning all three meetings.

The last time they met came in the semi-finals of the CIB PSA Women's World Championship when El Sherbini claimed an 11-6, 11-2, 11-5 victory in 33 minutes en route to winning her fourth World Championship title. That marked El Sherbini’s first tournament of the season after struggling with a knee injury, yet the Egyptian has gone on to reach the final of all four tournaments she has now played in in 2019/20.

So far this week in Cairo, El Sherbini has enjoyed a rapid week on court being in action for 124 minutes in total and only dropping one game this week, to compatriot and World No.5 Nour El Tayeb, in yesterday's semi-finals.

In contrast, El Hammamy has been put through some brutal matches, spending 207 minutes in action in total with her round three clash against Serme taking 73 minutes alone.

Will El Hammamy be able to pull off one last upset to take her first major title or will El Sherbini continue her unstoppable form from Chicago?
