Oracle NetSuite Open Day One: How To Watch Live

The Oracle NetSuite Open gets underway today at San Francisco’s Squash Engine Court in Embarcadero Plaza, with 32 players vying for the tournament’s joint-highest ever prize fund.

Half of the players will be in action on the opening day of the PSA World Tour Gold tournament, with every match a best-of-three on the iconic glass court.

The day’s play begins at 13:00 local time (GMT-7) , when Colombia’s Miguel Rodriguez takes on Egyptian former World No.1 Karim Abdel Gawad.

US squash fans hoping for a home winner will have two familiar names to root for. Sabrina Sobhy features in the day’s second match, facing New Zealand's No.5 seed Joelle King, while Olivia Clyne ends the day’s play with a difficult encounter against Egypt's No.4 seed Hania El Hammamy.

Elsewhere, the top-seeded players from the men’s and women’s draws are in action. Mohamed ElShorbagy plays Mohamed Abouelghar at 18:45 in an all-Egyptian affair, followed immediately after by Egypt’s Nouran Gohar, who faces Canada’s Hollie Naughton.
