Danish No.1 Kristian Frost Olesen reached his first PSA World Tour final at the 2009 Tour de las Americas Peru Open but would have to wait two years before he could pick up his maiden crown which came at the Pilatus Cup.
He won three consecutive PSA World Tour titles in the 2011/12 season with his fifth career title coming at the Sekisui Open.
A smattering of titles came his way over the next few years with his 10th being lifted at the Squash Promotion Group & Heroes Open with a fantastic victory over Jan Koukal in the final.
He rounded off a successful 2014/15 campaign by triumphing at the Gibraltar Open and moved into the world’s top 60 by the end of the year.
The Dane then won the Swiss Open a year later, before claiming another victory at the 6th Open Squash Provence Chateau-Arnoux in 2018. He took a 16th PSA title at the Prague Open in 2019.
