Jenny Duncalf has amassed a number of titles since she first joined the tour in 1999.
She had to wait four years to lift her first crown, romping to the Atlanta Masters in 2003 before breaking into the top ten in the world in 2005.
Duncalf was superb as she won the Sharm El Sheikh Open tournament in 2008 before World Series titles at the 2009 US Open and Qatar Classic cemented her place as one of the leading players on the Tour.
2010 was a frustrating year for Dutch-born Duncalf who appeared in five Tour finals but failed to convert any of them into a title. Her biggest disappointment came in 2011 where she reached the final of the World Championship but lost out to Nicol David.
Her ranking slowly began to dip in 2012 before a semi-final finish at the World Championship improved her form as she went on to reach the same stage at the World Series Finals in early 2013.
A number of injuries in the 2014/15 season stunted her momentum but a semi-final finish at the HKFC International 25 in May 2015 was a reminder of Duncalf's quality as she narrowly missed out on a place in the final.
England’s Duncalf won the Monte Carlo Classic later that year when she downed fellow Englishwoman Sarah-Jane Perry in straight games in the final.
Injury in the middle of 2016 forced Duncalf to miss the China Squash Open and the Macau Open and then when she returned to the courts a number of early round exits followed for the rest of the season.
