An affiliate of the World Squash Federation (WSF), the Professional Squash Association (PSA) is the global governing body responsible for the administration of both men’s and women’s professional squash around the world.

With over 750 registered players and over 200 events taking place around the globe every year, the PSA World Tour showcases the game of squash at its highest level.

The PSA’s headquarters is based in Leeds, England, from where the Tour is managed.

Alex Gough – Chief Executive Officer

Alex joined the PSA in 2008 after a 15-year career as professional squash player, where he reached a high world ranking of five, representing Wales at the Commonwealth Games and winning a bronze medal. Gough, who holds a first class honours degree in mathematics from Cardiff University, was instrumental in the set-up of SQUASHTV and its subsequent commercial success.

Lee Beachill – Chief Operations Officer

Lee is a former world number one squash player and Commonwealth Games gold medalist. Born in Yorkshire, he was part of the England squad that won the World Team Championships in 2005. After retiring from the professional squash circuit in 2009 due to injury, Beachill joined the PSA Senior Management Team.

Tommy Berden – Chief Commercial Officer

Tommy reached a career-high PSA World Ranking of 22 before retiring to become a promoter of numerous high-profile PSA tournaments including the 2011 PSA World Championship for men and women. Berden, who played a pivotal role in uniting professional men’s and women’s squash in 2015, is part of the PSA’s Senior Management Team and is responsible for all commercial matters of the PSA.

Laurent Cossa – Creative Media Manager

Laurent has worked in sports-related TV since 1993, with involvement in windsurfing, wakeboarding and beach volleyball. Cossa joined the PSA in 2010, taking responsibility for SQUASHTV and has since become PSA's Creative Media Manager.

Nathan Clarke – Content and Features Producer

Previously a journalist with Singletrack Magazine and PR & Media Executive with The Rugby Football League, Nathan joined the PSA in 2013 as PR & Communications Manager to oversee the Association’s written, digital and social media platforms. He now shoots and edits a wide range of video for SquashTV and other PSA channels.

Tim Garner – Event Director

Tim joined the PSA in August 2013. After a professional squash career that saw him reach World No.26, Garner set up Eventis Sports with former World No.1 Peter Nicol and Angus Kirkland and organises the annual Canary Wharf Classic PSA event.

Chris Harvey – Head of Digital

Having spent a number of years working in the media, most recently as Editor-in-Chief of the Sky Sports website, Chris joined the PSA in 2015 to oversee performance and development of the Association’s digital properties. He worked closely with Eurosport on SQUASHTV’s move to Eurosport Player and is responsible for driving the growth of the PSA’s subscription TV service.

Andy Malley – Events & Operations Manager

Andy joined the PSA in September 2014 after graduating from Loughborough University with a First Class degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Malley is working to improve the quality of tournament delivery, create and implement tournament support strategies and manage operations across the PSA World Tour .

Adriana Olaya – Marketing and Foundation Manager

A native Colombian, Adriana’s involvement in squash bloomed in college as a member of the Mount Holyoke College Varsity Team in Massachusetts, USA. She started her career in Human Resources immediately after receiving her BA in Politics, International Relations and Latin American Studies before pursuing a Masters in Marketing of Sports and Event Management in Kedge Business School in France.
As the Marketing and the PSA Foundation Manager, Olaya strives to foster the growth and image of the World Tour. She is also the driving force behind the creation of the PSA Foundation as she strives to change lives through squash!

Sean Reuthe – PR and Media Manager

Sean began life at the PSA on a media placement in March 2014 before joining full time upon graduating the University of Huddersfield with a Sports Journalism degree. Reuthe's work in the PSA’s media department involves writing up event reports, managing the social media accounts and co-ordinating the distribution of various press releases.

Hannah Ridgard-Mason – Tour Director

Hannah joined the PSA in early 2013, moving from her job as a PA and Sports Co-ordinator. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all administrative and logistical aspects of the PSA World Tour. Originally from Cambridge, England, Ridgard-Mason has travelled extensively and also holds a first class honours degree in History.

James Wilcock – SQUASHTV

Formerly a video journalist for Leeds United Television, James joined the PSA in 2014 to assist with all elements of SQUASHTV. Wilcock currently takes responsibility for the majority of highlights and features content across SQUASHTV and YouTube.

Jo Dutton – Tour Assistant

Jo has played an integral part in the administration of the PSA World Tour since joining the team in 2015.


Chris joined the PSA in December 2016 from b-focused where he worked with Team GB prior to & during Rio 2016. He graduated in 2014 from Leeds Metropolitan University where he studied Sports Business Management. Throughout his degree he worked on a number of PSA World Tour events. Baird is responsible for managing relationships with PSA’s existing partners and looking for new partnership opportunities.


Leicester-born Dan joined the PSA in 2016 after starting his career at Leeds United Television as a Production Assistant. Brought into assist with the growing number of tournaments SQUASHTV covers, Dobby is responsible for producing match highlights, features and other video content used on SQUASHTV, YouTube and live broadcast events.


Amyj joined the PSA in April 2018 as part of the digital team. A graduate of Teesside University, Amyj plays a key role in the marketing of the PSA and SquashTV.


Ellie joined the PSA media team in 2017 from Rugby League side Huddersfield Giants. A Sports Journalism graduate from the University of Huddersfield, Mawson’s work in the PSA’s media department involves managing the social media accounts, writing up news stories and event reports as well as being responsible for the media for the PSA Foundation.
